Raritan Valley Gyrotonic is happy to announce we will be hosting a level 1 Gyrotonic Foundation Course conducted by Emily Smith, Specialized GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®
Master Trainer. The training will take place from July 6-18, a 60hr course. Prerequisite that you have taken a Gyrotonic level 1 Pre-training.
